The Virtual Golf Club is excited to open its doors to PGA of Ontario members for a day of learning all about club fitting and club building. Led by Stewart Bannatyne and Matt Sim, the goal of the event is to share experience and knowledge on the importance of club fitting and building at your home club, to improve golfer experience and increase revenue!

SPEAKER BIOS
Stewart Bannatyne is a seasoned professional in the world of golf, hailing originally from Winnipeg, MB. With over 25 years of experience in club fitting, Stewart has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including TaylorMade, where he served as Manager of Custom Fitting, and PXG, where he excelled as the eastern sales leader. More recently, due to his passion for helping others increase their enjoyment in the game of golf, he co-founded the Virtual Golf Club to provide opportunities for golfers of all skill levels and an indoor facility to call home.
Matt Sim is a dedicated and accomplished golf industry professional from Mississauga, ON. With a career that began in his teens, Matt has honed his expertise in club fitting, club building, and golf operations over the years. His passion and skills have been recognized throughout the industry. Matt spent over a decade as the Director of Operations at Modern Golf, where he played a pivotal role in the company's success and growth. Now, he serves as the Director of Golf Operations at The Virtual Golf Club, bringing his extensive experience and commitment to excellence to enhance the golfing experience for all players.
REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE
- All applications must be received by the PGA of Ontario, 10080 Kennedy Road, Markham, ON L6C 1N9 prior to Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 23:59 pm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
- Entries will not be accepted without full remittance of an entry fee.
- THE PGA OF ONTARIO ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING CARDS: VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD

PGA of Ontario members will be given priority until Thursday, February 6, 2025. After that date, any remaining spots will be offered to non-members on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a non-member interested in attending, please reach out to Kristine Schmidt at kristine@pgaofontario.com to be added to the waitlist.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
A refund will be issued if the PGA of Ontario is advised at least 10 business days before the event.
A refund will NOT be issued if an attendee cancels within 10 business days in advance of the event unless a replacement is secured to fill the spot at least three business days in advance of the event.
In this case:
- The cancelling registrant must notify the PGA of Ontario office at least three business days before the event.
- If the PGA of Ontario maintains a waitlist for the event, members on the waitlist will be given the first opportunity to fill the available spot.
- If the PGA of Ontario does not have a waitlist, the cancelling registrant will be asked to provide the name and contact information of a potential replacement.
- A refund will be granted to the cancelling registrant once the replacement registrant has paid their entry fee.
- If a registrant cancels within three business days of the event, the PGA of Ontario reserves the right to deny a refund. We will make every effort to assist the cancelling registrant in finding a replacement, but we cannot guarantee that the spot will be filled.
