The PGA of Ontario is excited to announce the launch of our inaugural Fore Learning Coaches Camp, taking place on February 18, 2025, at the prestigious Bayview Golf and Country Club. This is your chance to connect with leading industry coaches and instructors in a dynamic learning environment. Designed for PGA of Ontario Professionals and like mind industry colleagues passionate about instruction, coaching, and professional development, this event promises a day filled with valuable insights and networking opportunities.

SPEAKER BIOS

Nick Clearwater

 

Matt Wilson

Nick Clearwater leads GOLFTEC’s Teaching Quality Team, overseeing the training of 1,100+ Coaches who deliver nearly 2 million lessons annually. He collaborates with biomechanics experts to advance GOLFTEC’s OptiMotion system and develops innovative coaching tools, including features in GOLFTEC’s app. Nick also produces content featured on Golf Digest, Golf Channel, and GOLFTEC’s digital platforms.  

Matt Wilson, PGA Director of Instruction at Baltusrol Golf Club, has dedicated his career to coaching competitive golfers, from juniors to professionals on major tours. He specializes in integrating sport science, motor learning, and performance psychology into his coaching. Matt holds a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in High Performance Coaching, and Canada’s Advanced Coaching Diploma.

     

Raymond Prior

 

Michael Neff

Raymond Prior is known for building personable, knowledgeable, and confidential relationships with his clients. Raymond Prior, Ph.D. is one of the most sought-after names in performance psychology by the world’s best performers. His clients include Major Champions, Olympic Gold Medalists, National Champions, and NCAA All-Americans. Dr. Prior is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant by the Association of Applied Sport Psychology.   Michael Neff is the owner and CEO of 3DGolf LLC, and the developer of GEARS Sports – a 3D body and motion tracking system. He is also the Director of Instruction at Pumpkin Ridge Learning Center, in Portland, Oregon, a Master Club Fitter and Class A PGA Teaching Professional, as well as the author of ‘Drive Like the Pros’. His deep passion for coaching, the knowledge of what makes players better and continually asking ‘Why?’ has led him to become one of the most sought out coaches in the game.

REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE

  1. All applications must be received by the PGA of Ontario, 10080 Kennedy Road, Markham, ON L6C 1N9 prior to Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 23:59 pm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
  2. Entries will not be accepted without full remittance of an entry fee.
  3. THE PGA OF ONTARIO ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING CARDS: VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD
PGA of Ontario Member (in good standing) Ticket $159.99 + HST
Non-member - Ticket $179.99 + HST

PGA of Ontario members will be given priority until Wednesday, February 12th, 2025. After that date, any remaining spots will be offered to non-members on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a non-member interested in attending, please reach out to Kristine Schmidt at kristine@pgaofontario.com to be added to the waitlist.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

A refund will be issued if the PGA of Ontario is advised at least 10 business days before the event.

A refund will NOT be issued if an attendee cancels within 10 business days in advance of the event unless a replacement is secured to fill the spot at least three business days in advance of the event.

In this case:

  •  The cancelling registrant must notify the PGA of Ontario office at least three business days before the event.
  •  If the PGA of Ontario maintains a waitlist for the event, members on the waitlist will be given the first opportunity to fill the available spot.
  •  If the PGA of Ontario does not have a waitlist, the cancelling registrant will be asked to provide the name and contact information of a potential replacement.
  •  A refund will be granted to the cancelling registrant once the replacement registrant has paid their entry fee.
  •  If a registrant cancels within three business days of the event, the PGA of Ontario reserves the right to deny a refund. We will make every effort to assist the cancelling registrant in finding a replacement, but we cannot guarantee that the spot will be filled.
