The PGA of Ontario is excited to bring you our third season of the Indoor Winter Series! We will have four (4) tournaments (sign up individually to register) played on some fun virtual courses that will be sure to encourage camaraderie, competition, and a chance to win some prize money! Most importantly, keep your game sharp before hitting the links in the Spring!
KEY UPDATES FOR 2025Elimination of mandatory round recordings - Teams/players are asked to submit a photo of their scorecard from the Trackman screen within 24 hours of completing their round. Along with the scorecard, players should include any relevant notes about situations that might affect the score, such as re-hits. Please submit the picture of your scorecard to stacey@pgaofontario.com or text it to 905-903-6274. Direct Deposit for Purse Payouts - The PGA of Ontario is transitioning to direct deposit for ALL tournament payouts. If you have not yet signed up for direct deposit for your tournament winnings, please email Kristine Schmidt at kristine@pgaofontario.com or call the office at 905-887-6060 Ext. 223. If you have registered for direct deposit with the PGA of Ontario and have recently changed your banking details or mailing address this also applies to you. Tournament winnings for the Indoor Winter Series will be issued upon the completion of Stop Four. |

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all PGA of Ontario Members in good standing ONLY.
APPLICATION FEE & PROCEDURE
- All players MUST register individually.
- All applications must be filed through your online member account available at www.pgaofontario.com.
- The application fee (see fee schedule below) must accompany the application (includes all applicable taxes).
ENTRY FEE SCHEDULE
- PGA of Ontario Members $113.00 ($100.00 + $13.00 HST) *(all entry fees are subject to HST, HST# R106865660)*
- All applications must be received by the PGA of Ontario, 10080 Kennedy Road, Markham, ON L6C 1N9 prior to Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 23:59 pm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
- Entries will not be accepted without full remittance of an entry fee.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation/Refund Policy – No refund will be provided after the tournament/event tee sheet has been released to the players and/or posted on the PGA of Ontario website. Please note this means that regardless of the circumstance, a refund cannot be provided once a player commences play.
A refund may be provided in the following circumstances:
- A full refund will be provided if a player withdraws from the event due to medical reasons no later than 10:00 am on the Friday before the event. The refund will be issued once the PGA of Ontario office receives a doctor’s note.
- A full or partial refund will be provided due to extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. The PGA of Ontario Tournament Committee will review all submitted supporting documents to provide a fair and equitable resolution in a timely manner.
- A full refund will be provided if the cancelling player/team finds an eligible* PGA of Ontario member/team to take their place.
- It is the cancelling player’s/team’s responsibility to find an eligible* PGA of Ontario member/team to replace them and notify the PGA of Ontario office no later than 24 hours before the event starts.
- The cancelling player’s/team’s refund will be processed once the replacement player/team has paid their entry fee in full.
- If the cancelling player’s spot is NOT filled 24 hours prior to the event’s start time, a refund will not be issued.
