IMPORTANT NOTICE - Cheques must be made out to the PGA OF ONTARIO.

All applications must be received by the PGA of Ontario, 10080 Kennedy Road, Markham, ON L6C 1N9 prior to the event deadline.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cheque, Certified Cheque or Money Order payable to the PGA of Ontario, and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT) payments can be made online in the member’s only section at pgaofontario.com.

REFUND POLICY

Tournament Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refund will be provided after the tournament/event tee sheet has been released to the players and/or posted on the PGA of Ontario website.

Refunds will only be provided if:

  1. You are forced to withdraw from a tournament/event for medical reasons. A refund will be issued once the PGA of Ontario office receives a doctor’s note.
  2. The cancelling player/team finds an eligible* PGA of Ontario member/team to take their place.
    • NOTE: It is the cancelling player's/team’s responsibility to find an eligible PGA of Ontario member/team to replace them and notify the PGA of Ontario office no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
    • The cancelling player’s/team’s refund will be processed once the replacement has paid their entry fee in full.

If the cancelling player’s spot is NOT filled 24 hours prior to the event’s start time, a refund will not be issued.

Education

Cancellations made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations that are done after the registration deadline will receive a full refund less a $25 service charge plus applicable taxes. No refund will be issued to absentees.

The pgaofontario.com (and its parent, PGA of Ontario) and its officers, employees, contractors or content providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or otherwise in connection with your use of any content, information, function, or service of pgaofontario.com at any location within pgaofontario.com or other related location (such as content feeds, links, emails, letters, documents, and other company products or correspondence).

Though we make a reasonable effort to maintain the resources of this website, they will, from time to time, become out of date, be incorrect, erroneous, or otherwise inappropriate. As noted above, by using this website you agree that you will not follow any instruction, suggestion, step, list, tutorial, or other content on this website or any of its content posted elsewhere until you have appropriately consulted with a licensed professional who is unrelated to this site or its parent company in any way.

By confirming that you wish to proceed with your payment you authorize us to request funds from your credit card provider. You are unable to revoke this authorization. All funds are in Canadian dollars.
