- Job Summary
- This Full-Time position would be responsible for supporting all aspects of the COBRA Fitting Studio and the custom business. The primary objective of this role is to carry out custom fitting sessions for amateur golfers, elite juniors and CPG Staff professionals.
- Responsibilities

- Perform custom fitting sessions to all skill levels of golfers
- Ensure customer receives industry leading experience pre, during and post fitting session
- Provide custom specifications to consumers
- Assist Club Fitting Manager in placing custom orders post fitting session
- Communicate with accounts to provide ETA on all orders for customers of the Studio
- Provide Custom fit training/assistance to CPG accounts, sales representatives, and demo technicians.
- Assist COBRA custom fit days in the field when needed
- Building COBRA golf clubs (basic assembly, shaft cutting, re gripping, loft/lie adjustments)
- Work with Club Fitting Manager to provide basic warranty/repairs for Canadian customer base
- Maintain demo matrix, coordinate any new product to be added and old product to be removed
- Support Custom business by placing orders and managing custom order book
- Service and provide support to CPG Staff Professionals

WHAT MAKES YOU A GAMECHANGER [Qualifications]
- Passion for golf and desire to establish career in the golf industry
- PGA of Canada Class-A Professional or Apprentice preferred
- 1-3 years club fitting experience and advanced launch monitor experience
- Basic Golf club assembly/repair preferred
- Strong knowledge of the golf swing, and skill set for playing golf
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must have excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Industry leading customer service and professionalism
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
