Ladies' Golf Club of Toronto is a unique private club built on the 100 year legacy of founder, Ada Mackenzie. The course is a Stanley Thompson gem that has undergone renovations to the practice range and two holes, as well as a full bunker renovation in the past three years. The clubhouse will reopen after extensive renovations this spring. There is a lot of excitement at the club for both members and staff.

- The successful candidate will join an energized and highly customer experience focused professional team. Reporting to the Director of Golf, the successful applicant will play an integral role in the success of our day-to-day golf operations as well as event organization and execution. If you are personable, energetic, and looking to grow within the industry, we want you.
- Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day golf operations including member interactions, back shop supervision, retail sales, custom fitting, golf instruction, playing golf with members, and making each member and guest visit memorable.
- Work and interact with other departments to deliver exceptional private club experiences along all touch points on the property for members, guests and staff.
- Qualifications
-
- PGA member in good standing.
- Past private club experience an asset but not essential.
- Proven customer service skills with attention to detail and follow up.
- Great communicator.
- Dependable team player.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff coaching abilities.
- Passionate for the game and your own personal growth in the industry.
- Compensation

- $850-$1000 / week based on experience.
