PGA OF ONTARIO LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, MARKHAM, ON

We acknowledge that the land we gather on is part of the Williams (1923) Treaty and recognize this is the traditional territory of the Mississauga people. We also acknowledge the First Nations, Inuit and Métis people who live on these lands today.

The PGA of Ontario is committed to truth and reconciliation, and the caretaking of relationships and treaties including the land on which we are today. Without these lands, we wouldn't be able to work, play and compete on our golf courses today.
