Ken Tarling & Rick Willan Finish in a Tie for Fourth Spot at Canadian PGA Seniors' Championship


(Milton, Ont., - July 8, 2010) - Rick Willan and Ken Tarling finished in tie for fourth at the Canadian PGA Seniors' Championship after finishing at 2-under-par. Jim Rutledge, a Champions Tour rookie, lapped the field shooting 17-under-par over the three day tournament and claimed his second Canadian PGA victory. Rutledge last won the Canadian PGA Championship in 1984.

Don Green (Batteaux Creek) edged Bob Panasik in a playoff to claim the 2010 Canadian PGA Super Senior crown (60-69). Panasik went on to finish the tournament in 8th spot while Green struggled on day 3 and finshed T15. John Rushnell (Oshawa) was the best Ontarian behind Tarling and Willan finishing in 7th spot.

Bobby Breen (Brampton) won the Canadian PGA Diamond Division Title. This is quite the feat for Breen who is battling some health problems. Breen adds yet another Canadian PGA victory to his resume after claiming the Super Senior Divison five times.
